Refund Policy
Effective 2026-11-01
Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payments, sales tax/VAT, invoices and refunds. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method.
Subscriptions (Basic, Plus)
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment.
Renewals: cancel any time before the renewal date and you will not be charged again. Renewal payments are not refunded once the new period has started, except where the law requires it.
TOPIK courses
Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course.
Writing-check top-up packs
Full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the checks in the pack have been used.
How to request
Email support@majamaja.app or reply to your Paddle receipt. Please include the email address you used to pay.
If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the statutory right of withdrawal described in Paddle's buyer terms.
